New Machine Prints Sheet of Light

The future of lighting is changing and putting the ordinary laps to shame. The invention of OLED (organic light emitting diodes) is allowing the creation of sheets of light. This means that you could have lights in places that you never would have imagined having it; your windows, the walls, or just about any other place you could imagine. I personally think that this invention is going to be one that we won't see for a while because they are still figuring out how to mas-produce it for a reasonable price, but it would be amazing to see people that have luminescent wallpaper. The cost of printing will help determine the final prices and as they drop, so will the price of the lighting. Another perk to these new lights is their softer light, which a lot of developers believe will be a big hit in the photography industry. Finally, as much of the world is focused on energy saving, so is the OLED industry, as they believe the cost to light as house would decrease with the use of their products.
